Mentor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a mentor at the Incubator for Innovation & Impact. As a mentor you serve a vital role in giving back to the entrepreneur community and encouraging new innovation. We appreciate you giving both your time and expertise. To fulfill this role effectively, we ask that you follow the guidelines on this page. The mentor/mentee relationship is unique and important, and these guidelines help ensure that both parties have a positive and effective experience.

Length: This application should take 10-15 minutes.

As a mentor for the Incubator for Innovation and Impact I will:
  • Hold in confidentiality any and all information I receive from mentees and staff.
  • Provide mentees with guidance and advice that is to the best of my knowledge.
  • Refer mentees to outside resources and contacts as needed.
  • Follow through on commitments made to mentees.
  • Communicate changes to scheduling in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Follow through on the agreed upon number of hours per month.
  • Participate in mentoring and incubator events.
  • Participate in Concordia events like the Undergraduate Business Plan Competition, guest lectures, judging events, etc. as available.
